Privacy Policy

Flick Camera collects the minimum amount of information needed to sell you a disposable camera, develop your roll, and deliver the scans to you. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad trackers, and we only share data with the services that actually run the site (hosting, database, email).

• Email address — when you sign up for updates or create a Lab account.
• Google profile— name, email, and avatar URL, only if you choose “Continue with Google” at sign-in.
• Additional emails you add to your Lab account so we can deliver rolls to the right inbox.
• Photos from your developed rolls — uploaded by our lab after we develop your film, stored privately, and visible only to you.
• Session cookies used by Supabase to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.
• Server logs — standard Vercel request logs (IP, user agent, path) retained for a short period for security and debugging.

• To let you sign in and view your developed rolls.
• To send transactional email — welcome, email verification, retention reminders, and roll-ready notifications.
• To occasionally let subscribers know about new machines, drops, or collabs (always with an unsubscribe link).
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We only share data with the infrastructure providers we need to run Flick Camera:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and private photo storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — hosting and edge network.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Mapbox — to render the map on the Locator page.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.

• Developed rolls are available in your Lab for 30 days after development. After that, the scans are archived and the files deleted. Download your favourites before the window closes.
• Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribe links are on every email we send.
• Accountsare kept while they're active. Email us to close yours.

You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message we send. You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@flickcamera.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Flick Camera is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you're a parent or guardian and believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
